Job Description Please note: This role will be aligned to Multicloud or Digital Workplace Services or Integrated Smart Operations or IT practice based on candidate’s credentials.
Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai, Kochi
  • Perform database queries, CRUD operations, and write stored procedures
  • Prepare and execute tests, analyze and resolve service tickets
  • Demonstrate proficiency in ITSM and Data Analytics tools
  • Strong drive for innovation
Skills Required:
  • Time management, communication, collaboration
  • Problem solving, analytical thinking, critical thinking
Eligibility:
  • Graduated in 2023/2024 with 3-year full-time degree (BCA/BSc in specified fields)
  • Minimum 60% in X, XII, UG (no rounding off)
  • No standing arrears
  • Must be flexible with location, shift, and technology
Analyst Trainee – Multicloud Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad
  • Maintain/administer environments, monitor servers, manage incidents
  • Support Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Cloud, etc.
Role Expectations:
  • Client-focused, culturally aware
  • Willing to work 24/7 and relocate
Support:
  • Night shift allowance, cabs, recognition for performance
Eligibility:

  • Provide first-line tech support to clients
  • Log tickets, troubleshoot issues, collaborate for solutions
  • Maintain documentation for issue resolution

  • Client-focused, excellent communication skills
  • Work in shifts, work from office
