Job Description The Customer Support team at Freshworks troubleshoots issues, answers product-related questions, and ensures customers have a smooth experience using our products.

What you will do:
  • Support customers by resolving queries, reproducing issues, and working with internal teams
  • Communicate effectively across email, phone, and chat
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
  • Track common customer challenges and improve support experience
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through professionalism and empathy

Qualifications We're hiring fresh graduates from the 2025 batch.

What we look for:
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Empathy and ability to understand customer needs
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools
  • Ability to stay organized in fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts (mandatory)
  • No standing arrears
Good to have (not mandatory):
  • Internship experience in B2B/product company
  • Prior exposure to customer support

Additional Information
  • Shortlisted profiles will be invited to a screening assignment
  • Recruitment events will be held in Chennai office (two Saturdays)
  • Role will be based in Chennai (5 days work from office)
