| Application Process |
- Step 1: Log in to the TCS Next Step Portal.
- Step 2: Verify your details as per Aadhaar.
- Ensure accuracy; incorrect details may lead to disqualification.
- Step 3: Register and apply for TCS B.Sc Ignite and Smart Hiring (Batch of 2024 & 2025).
- Scenario A: Already registered? Login, complete the Application Form, and click on ‘Apply for Drive’.
- Scenario B: New user? Click ‘Register Now’, choose category ‘IT’, fill your details, submit the form, and click ‘Apply for Drive’.
- Step 4: Select your test mode as In-centre, choose your preferred test centre, and click ‘Apply’.
- Note: Test centre once chosen cannot be changed.
- Step 5: Track your application status.
- Status should reflect as ‘Applied for Drive’.

| Important Note |
- This is an In-centre test.
- Seat allotment is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Register early to select your preferred test centre.
- Once seats are full, you cannot select your preferred city.
- Test communication will be sent by TCS iON – Our Test Provider.
- TCS does not:
- Send job offers from unofficial email IDs (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail).
- Ask for any payment for job offers.
- Authorize external agencies to conduct interviews or offer jobs on its behalf.

| Eligibility Criteria |
Courses and Discipline:
- Full-time graduates from BCA,
- B.Sc (IT, Computer Science, Maths, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Cyber Security, Biochemistry),
- B.Voc (Computer Science / IT)
- Applicable for batch: 2024 and 2025
Test Eligibility:
- Percentage: Minimum 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in Class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), and Graduation.
- Backlogs: No current backlogs allowed. Course must be completed within the stipulated duration.
- Extended Education: Not considered eligible.
- Gap/Break in Education: Total academic gap should not exceed 24 months. Must be declared with valid proof.
- Course Type: Only full-time courses considered. NIOS candidates are eligible if other courses are full-time.
- Age: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 28 years.
- Work Experience: Entry-level role. Any prior experience must be declared with supporting documents.
