Hiring Steps

Step 1: Online Application

➥Apply through TechnipFMC ’s website or via campus drives.

Step 2: Round 1

➥The online test comprised five sections, each with specific time limits and topics:
◾ English Comprehension: 22 questions to be answered in 18 minutes.
◾Logical Ability: 14 questions to be completed within 14 minutes.
◾Quantitative Aptitude: 16 questions to be solved in 16 minutes.
◾Personality Test: 72 questions to be answered in 15 minutes.
◾ Civil Engineering: 20 questions to be completed in 20 minutes.

Round 2: Group Discussion

➥20 minutes

Round 3: Technical Interview(30 Minutes)

➥If you are a structural engineering background you should have a thorough knowledge of Mtech project and internship. Questions related to Fluid mechanics, FEM, plain stress and plain strain, SOM, WSM & LRFD ,earthquake engineering were asked. and similarily like for other domains.

Round 4: HR Interview ( 30 Minutes)

➥Go through basic HR questions and answer with confidence.

Preparation Tips

  • For aptitude, practice questions daily. This will significantly help in improving both your speed and accuracy in solving problems.
  • Revise your GATE notes or go through the notes you prepared during your semester exams. This will help solidify your understanding of key concepts.
  • Take regular mock tests to simulate exam conditions. This will help improve time management and highlight areas that need more focus.
  • Focus on mastering core concepts and important formulas. Strong foundations in core subjects will make complex questions easier to tackle.
  • Clear any doubts you have by consulting peers, teachers, or online resources. Clearing your doubts will prevent confusion during exams.
  • Ensure consistency in your preparation. Daily study and revision are more effective than last-minute cramming.
